Project Overview

Before: Weathered, raw wood pergola framing over a bare concrete patio base. Plain white trim around windows and door frame with red accenting on the inner door panel. Unfinished ground surrounding the concrete pad during active site prep. After: Richly stained, deep-toned wood pergola structure that stands out against the exterior. High-contrast dark trim framing the windows and back door surround, pairing with the red door accent. Cleaned concrete patio slab and updated back wall finish for a polished outdoor entertainment space.
